About the Program

Artificial intelligence, geopolitical shifts, and saturated markets are reshaping competition at unprecedented speed. In many industries, growth increasingly depends on outperforming competitors rather than expanding markets.

This program equips senior leaders to anticipate disruption, position proactively, and execute decisively under pressure.

Developed in collaboration with WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and Klitschko Ventures, the program combines WHU’s academic excellence in strategy, leadership, and innovation with the FACE the Challenge framework by Dr. Wladimir Klitschko, Tatjana Kiel and their team.

WHU faculty, Prof. Sascha L. Schmidt, Prof. Miriam Muethel, and Prof. Yuval Kalish contribute cutting-edge insights on leadership, organizational behavior, and competitive strategy, ensuring a strong foundation in academic rigor and real-world relevance.

The program translates principles of championship performance into executive capability for competing in complex, high-pressure environments. It focuses not only on individual leadership capabilities, but also on competing effectively in dynamic markets and high-pressure environments.

Participants learn how to turn uncertainty into strategic advantage by integrating Adaptive Leadership, Corporate Foresight, and high-performance principles into their leadership approach.

Delivered in three modules in Düsseldorf, the program combines academic excellence with applied learning and leads to a WHU Executive Education certificate.
