For more women in leadership positions.

“We need to start work with the idea that we’re going to learn every day. I learn, even at my position, every single day.” (Chanda Kochhar, managing director and chief executive Officer of ICICI Bank. Various media ranked her as one of the most influential and powerful women worldwide.)

Education, however, always is an investment in time and money, especially when you want to deepen your knowledge in a certain professional field or if you are aiming at a leadership position.

We at WHU Executive Education want to support ambitious women with our WHU Scholarships for Women. For each of our Open Programs*, we offer two scholarships (25% discount).

How to apply?

We are looking forward to welcoming ambitious and visionary women in our Executive Education Programs! To apply, just follow three easy steps:

First

Choose one of the Executive Education Open Programs.

Second

Send us an e-mail with your CV and letter of motivation to openprograms@whu.edu. There are no formal requirements regarding the level of work experience, and we assess each application individually.

Third

After the assessment through our Admissions Committee, we will inform you if you are eligible for a scholarship.

Advanced Management Program

Women in leadership positions are still rare:

In global business, less than 6 % of CEOs in the S&P 500** are female. These numbers vary by industry, but still, there is a high potential of improving this imbalance.

The WHU Advanced Management Program (AMP) is designed to challenge you as a senior leader during your transition to an executive or even board-level position. During this 5-day transformative learning experience, you will enhance your strategic impact and negotiation skills and discusses the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation on a global level.

* Excluding CIO Leadership Excellence Program, General Management Plus Program, General Management in Sports Business Program (SPOAC) and ICA Mini-MBA in Foodservice Management

“To balance work and family is not a question of gender, but a decision. Good will and flexibility on all sides have to be the fundament.”
