A fully virtual but highly interactive advanced leadership program with an exciting line-up of contributors. We have limited the number of participants to ensure an intimate setting for you and your peers.

“Leading beyond the crisis” consists of two major program elements: First, you will get the opportunity to reflect upon your leadership challenge in a small peer group setting. This will be enriched by an inspiring session on crisis leadership based on a Shakespeare play. In addition, you will be encouraged to reflect upon your resilience. Second, we have designed a number of short workshop sessions together with renowned executive experts from practice and academia. They will share and discuss their insights and contribute to a multi-faceted perspective on how to transform and adapt in the current context.

“Leading beyond the crisis” is designed to fit to your busy schedule – workshop sessions will take place Friday and Saturday afternoons. The virtual setting will save travel times and be in accordance with business travel bans which exist in many corporations.

“Leading beyond the crisis” is an advanced management program with a limited number of seats, to ensure an intimate setting and exchange. The program is designed for senior professionals with significant leadership experience.

This program is designed as a fast-paced, intense, and compact learning experience. It fits well into a busy professional schedule and is, therefore, very suitable for participants in management positions.

Program format and module dates

The three hour sessions will start on Fridays at 4pm and on Saturdays at 2pm.

From November 17 to 26, you will reflect upon your personal leadership challenges in a small peer group setting and learn from each other through mutual feedback. In these sessions you will be accompanied by an executive coach for one hour per week. You can independently coordinate within the group when exactly you would like to meet virtually.
