What you can expect:

A fully virtual but highly interactive advanced leadership program with an exciting line-up of contributors. We have limited the number of participants to ensure an intimate setting for you and your peers.

“Leading beyond the crisis” consists of three major program elements: First, you will get the opportunity to reflect upon your own strategic or leadership challenge in a small peer group setting. Second, this will be enriched by sessions on crisis and inspirational leadership based on a Shakespeare play. In addition, you will be encouraged to reflect upon your resilience. Third, we have designed a number of workshop sessions together with renowned executive experts from practice and academia. They will share and discuss their insights and contribute to a multi-faceted perspective on how to strategically transform to foster strategic growth.

“Leading beyond the crisis” is designed to fit to your busy schedule – workshop sessions will take place Tuesday and Thursday evenings and on Saturday afternoons. The entire program is spread over the course of six weeks. The virtual setting will save travel times and be in accordance with business travel bans that exist in many corporations.
