Program format and module dates
The online workshop includes 10 hours of interactive learning through video conference, role-plays, group work and reflection. On both days, the session will begin at 10:30 h and finish at 17:00 h, including breaks.
Over 50% of program time is dedicated to negotiation role plays and exercises that allow you to practice the tools right away and gain confidence; role plays conducted via break-out video conferences, email and chat.
We invite you to participate in short pre-workshop preparation and post-workshop reflection exercises at your own pace (total time 1 hour).
