Program Format and Module Dates

The online workshop includes 10 hours of interactive learning through video conference, role-plays, group work, and reflection. On both days, the session will start at 10:30am and end at 5:00pm, including breaks.

Over 50% of program time is dedicated to negotiation role-plays and exercises that allow you to practice the tools right away and gain confidence; role-plays conducted via break-out video conferences, email, and chat.

We invite you to participate in short pre-workshop preparation and post-workshop reflection exercises at your own pace (total time 1 hour).
