Dominik Steffani

Dominik Steffani is a member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Procurement practice leadership team for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He has extensive consulting experience in leading global procurement transformation projects – especially across Europe, Asia, and the US – in industries including automotive, consumer goods, industrial goods, process industries, and utilities.

Dominik has optimized multiple direct and indirect materials and services for his clients on projects that have encompassed spend analysis, category strategy, and implementation of sourcing strategies. He has published numerous articles and speaks frequently at conferences about procurement topics such as digital procurement and supplier-driven innovation. Before joining the firm, Dominik worked for more than ten years with A.T. Kearney, where he was a principal of the strategic operations practice with a focus on procurement
