Professor Peter Witt
Professor of Technology and Innovation Management at University of Wuppertal
Peter Witt currently holds two positions, being Adjunct Professor at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and Chair of Technology and Innovation Management at the University of Wuppertal. He is a long-term and permanent faculty member in the Kellogg-WHU EMBA Program and the WHU MBA Program.
Peter has been running Executive Education programs with major international corporations for more than 20 years, including Deutsche Börse, Deutsche Post DHL, ERGO, Evonik, Fraport and RWE. He is also involved in consultancy in the fields of strategic management, innovation management and corporate governance for companies including IBM, LAKAL and Metallgesellschaft.
Peter’s research interests focus on entrepreneurship, innovation management and corporate governance. He has published his research in leading international journals, such as Entrepreneurship & Regional Development, Financial Markets and Portfolio Management, Journal of Business Economics, Management International Review and R&D Management.
Peter has written and co-authored four books on corporate governance, entrepreneurial finance and the evaluation of growth companies.
Peter was Professor of Entrepreneurship at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management from 2000 until 2006.
