Tobias Leipprand
CEO at LEAD Academy
Tobias Leipprand is a consultant, coach, facilitator, speaker, and social entrepreneur. He is the founding CEO of LEAD Academy, which offers development programs to leaders from the non-profit sector, the private sector, and government and also carries out research into topical leadership issues. As a partner in the LEAD Mindsets & Capabilities consultancy he shares his expertise with startups, large businesses, federal ministries, and NGOs.
Prior to this role he helped build the Stiftung Neue Verantwortung, where among other things he established a development program for over 100 executives. Before joining Stiftung Neue Verantwortung, he worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Tobias Leipprand holds a master’s degree in Theoretical Physics from the universities of Munich and Cambridge (UK). He completed his graduate studies in political and economic science at the Kennedy School of Government of Harvard University, with a master’s degree in Public Policy. He is a member of the advisory board of the Executive MBA “Leadership & Human Resources” at Quadriga University of Applied Sciences Berlin.
