Rebecca Kristina Steinhage

Rebecca Kristina Steinhage started her career in 2001 at Arvato Technology as Director Human Resources. Seven years later, in 2008, she became Director of Corporate Management at the Bertelsmann Corporate Center and focused on employer branding and university marketing, especially for international top business schools such as WHU, EBS, INSEAD, and Harvard.

In 2010, she switched to LR Global Holding GmbH as Global Head of Human Resources.

Before joining Miele in June 2019, Rebecca Kristina Steinhage held the position of Senior Vice President Corporate HR, Executives and Talents at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KG from 2015 to 2019. Her main tasks were defined by being the main contact person regarding any human resources areas of the Bertelsmann Education Group, BMG, Bertelsmann Investments, and the international Corporate Offices.„This included amongst others executive contracts and compensation as well as executive talent management and M&A processes.“

As Senior Vice President Human Resources at Miele & Cie. KG Rebecca Kristina Steinhage is currently primary responsible for the global strategic and operative processes as well as for the further development of the human resources functions within the Miele group.
