Serden Ozcan is Chair of Innovation and Corporate Transformation at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, where is also the Academic Director of Executive Education.
As an expert on start-ups, entrepreneurial finance, private equity, corporate entrepreneurship and corporate transformation, Professor Dr. Ozcan is the recipient of multiple international research awards, and his work has been published in top academic journals.
At WHU, Prof. Ozcan teaches at FTMBA, PTMBA and Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA, as well as in several open and customized executive education programs. Prof. Ozcan has taught at Copenhagen Business School (DK) and National University of Singapore Business School (SG), and has been a visiting scholar at Stanford University and the University of Chicago, among others. He is frequently featured in the global media on issues concerning corporate transformation, entrepreneurship and innovation.
Professor Ozcan’s current research projects include extensive collaboration with some of the leading corporate restructuring firms, venture capital firms, and private equity firms in Europe. He is also the co-director of Campus for Corporate Transformation, which is an annual event where the C-suite members of Europe’s largest companies share their insights on corporate transformation.
