Katharina Jahrling

Katharina Jahrling is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive leadership experience in international consumer goods and the cosmetics industry. Over the course of her career, she has held senior leadership roles with full P&L responsibility across Europe and Asia, focusing on driving sustainable growth, building high-performing teams, and strengthening brands in competitive markets.

Today, she is the founder and CEO of a sustainable beauty start-up and a Managing Partner in a consultancy advising C-level executives, start-ups, and SMEs on strategy, transformation, and leadership. Katharina is also a certified business coach and experienced lecturer, dedicated to developing leaders and unlocking human potential.

She has been closely involved in the development of the FACE the Challenge method together with Dr. Wladimir Klitschko and Tatjana Kiel. In her role, she continues to advise on its application in leadership and performance contexts. Her international experience and entrepreneurial mindset enable her to bring a powerful combination of strategic clarity and human-centered leadership to executive education.
