Dr. Phoebe Kebbel
Phoebe Kebbel is a member of the of European Executive Committee of FGS Global, the world’s leading stakeholder strategy firm. Phoebe is among Europe’s top capital market communications professionals, trusted by blue-chip, private equity, and family clients for her expertise and judgment. She has advised on over 75 M&A transactions totaling €100 billion and successfully defended companies against shareholder activists and shortseller attacks. Based in Frankfurt since 2003, Phoebe co-heads the firm’ global “Transactions and Financial Communications” practice and helped establish the Paris and Amsterdam offices.
An alumna of WHU with a PhD in marketing, Phoebe is a lecturer at the University of Leipzig, where she co-initiated the Center for Research in Financial Communications. She is a co-founder of Germany’s “Working Moms” network and a board member at Günter-Thiele-Stiftung, a foundation committed to research and teaching in the field of communication management.
