Verena Renze-Westendorf
Verena Renze-Westendorf is an executive coach and consultant for leadership development, working with executives, leadership teams, and family business owners. With a strong belief in the power of personal and human leadership, she supports leaders, teams, and organizations in achieving their goals, mastering critical challenges, and developing new competencies. She has nearly 20 years of experience in human resources and management consulting, including 15 years with Egon Zehnder and Accenture in Germany and the USA, and most recently as Managing Director for Family Business Advisory at Kienbaum. She is a certified executive coach through Meyler Campbell (UK) and a member of the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). She has also completed various advanced training programs, including systemic development work and family constellations, Paul Ekman's "Evaluating Truth and Credibility," PERMA Lead, Bob Kegan's "Immunity to Change," and various psychometric instruments such as Hogan and 16PF. In addition to her native German, she loves immersing herself in new cultures and languages. Therefore, she is also fluent in English, Spanish, and Dutch. She studied Business Administration at Maastricht University in the Netherlands and in Lima, Peru, and supplemented her studies with Executive Education Programs at the MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, USA.
