This highly practical generative AI bootcamp helps business executives and professionals start leveraging gen AI for business, generating real impact in their day-to-day work: automating repetitive tasks, accelerating data analysis, and generating reliable output for strategic decision-making.
Participants will learn how to integrate AI into their own professional context. The focus will be on practical AI use cases such as writing personalized emails, creating customized presentations that use company-specific branding styles, building a professional digital twin, and developing AI-powered workflows that save time and improve work quality. Led by Professor Dries Faems, the program combines hands-on experimentation with a strategic view of how AI is reshaping individual and team productivity and supporting AI digital transformation in business.
Prior to the program, participants can access video material covering the basics of gen AI, ensuring a strong foundation for an impactful learning experience. In the program, the focus will be on AI tools and functions (e.g., Deep Research, skills, agents, cowork), which are readily available in different infrastructures (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot), allowing participants to immediately start implementing the learnings into their own company environment. Throughout the program, special attention will be paid to data security and privacy when implementing generative AI applications in business.

In this practical generative AI course for business, you will learn how to turn AI from a general-purpose tool into a powerful extension of the way you work.
- Build a personalized assistant (“AI twin”) that understands your role, tone of voice, and working style to produce high-quality, tailored outputs for everyday professional tasks.
- Create AI agents and automated workflows that go beyond prompting, enabling them to execute multi-step tasks, coordinate information, and automate repetitive work.
- Transform daily work into practical use cases such as emails, reports, presentations, research, analysis, and communication, significantly reducing time spent on routine tasks.
- Make better decisions with AI-powered insights by analyzing data, identifying patterns, exploring scenarios, and supporting forecasting and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure quality, reliability, and responsible use by improving output accuracy, reducing hallucinations, protecting sensitive data, and knowing when human judgment is essential.

- Email, Writing & Communication: Leverage skills and plugins to create a personalized daily email responder assistant and strengthen AI-powered writing and communication.

Program Format and Module Dates
The bootcamp runs for three weeks and is divided into three sessions (2 hours each). To ensure a smooth program experience, you will be provided with instructions before the bootcamp start to complete a few technical preparations (e.g., account setups for ChatGPT and AI tools). Additionally, you will gain access to approximately 1 hour of video material covering the fundamentals of generative AI.
