He has over 40 years of international leadership and consulting experience and holds a Master of Cognitive Neuroscience from the Academy of Neuroscience (Prof. Dr. Dr. Gerhard Roth), runs the Academy for Potential Development in Switzerland (Prof. Dr. Gerald Hüther), is a member of the Academy for Neuroscientific Education Management (AFNB) and a lecturer and trainer for Integrated Solution-Oriented Psychology (ILP).
Jorge studied Civil Engineering (M.Sc.) at the Technical University of Darmstadt and attended various management development programmes with HP-Harvard Business School, ZFU and FSI University.
